The Recipe That Saved My Life 17 Years Ago: How I Defeated a Tumor in the Liver and Colon

This recipe is a part of my personal healing journey, and while it worked for me, it is important to consult medical professionals for personalized advice. Alongside proper medical care, I turned to nature’s healing foods. Here’s the recipe that became a crucial part of my daily diet.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large beetroot, raw or lightly steamed (rich in antioxidants and detoxifying agents)
  • 1 large carrot, raw (high in beta-carotene and immune-boosting properties)
  • 1 green apple, raw (adds sweetness and contains fiber and vitamin C)
  • 1 tablespoon of Nigella sativa oil (also known as black seed oil, known for its anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting properties)
  • Juice of 1 lemon (alkalizing and detoxifying for the liver)
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced (anti-cancer properties, supports liver detox)
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseeds, ground (rich in omega-3s and fiber)
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric powder (known for its anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer benefits)
  • A small piece of ginger root, grated (anti-inflammatory and supports digestion)
  • A pinch of black pepper (enhances the absorption of turmeric’s active compound, curcumin)
  • A handful of fresh parsley or cilantro (known for detoxifying heavy metals and supporting liver health)
  • 1 cup of water or herbal tea, for blending (green tea or dandelion root tea for added liver support)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:
    • Grate or finely chop the beetroot, carrot, and apple.
    • Mince the garlic and ginger.
    • Ground the flaxseeds if you haven’t already.
  2. Combine Everything:
    • In a blender or food processor, add the beetroot, carrot, apple, garlic, ginger, turmeric, black pepper, and flaxseeds.
    • Add the water or herbal tea and blend until smooth, adjusting the consistency to your liking.
  3. Add the Lemon Juice and Nigella Sativa Oil:
    • Once blended, stir in the lemon juice and black seed oil.
