Ingredients:

- Gingko Biloba – 1 tsp dried leaves

- Turmeric (Curcuma longa) – 1/4 tsp ground
- Contains curcumin, an antioxidant that reduces inflammation, which may be beneficial for eye conditions like glaucoma.
- Fennel Seeds (Foeniculum vulgare) – 1 tsp crushed seeds
- Often used to help reduce eye irritation and inflammation. It’s also high in antioxidants.
Optional:
- Honey or stevia for sweetness
- Lemon zest for added flavor
Instructions:
- Combine Herbs: In a teapot or infuser, mix the dried bilberry, eyebright, ginkgo leaves, turmeric, and fennel seeds.
- Boil Water: Bring 3 cups of water to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
- Steep: Pour the simmering water over the herbs and let it steep for 10-15 minutes.
- Strain & Sweeten: Strain the tea and add honey or stevia if desired. You can also add a bit of lemon zest for extra flavor.
- Enjoy: Sip the tea slowly, preferably in the morning or afternoon.
